A Comment About Comments
If we were to show you pictures and you never commented about them, we would think that you didn't like to look at them so we wouldn't be as inclined to try and share them. We still would because, its like, what do you say about pictures of the same people over and over again? But it sure is fun for the boys to hear what peoples' comments are about them. Just a heads up. ;)
For example: Lincoln Can Whistle? He sure is awesome.
Story Time...
At the request of Maegan, I tell this story.
I was getting in my car this morning at around 7:30am to go to work. Next to my car's driver side back door and upright against the wall was a shovel that I placed there a few days ago after digging out some things in the yard. Behind the shovel (closer to the wall) was the boys portable and foldable soccer net. It is of a light weight tarp type material that is easily moved by wind. The wind part is pretty important as you will see in a moment.
I got in the car and closed the door. I then looked for my briefcase by the passenger side floor area to confirm it was there before I drove off. I then moved my eyes toward the windshield to start the car and several things happened simultaneously.
1) I saw, though my peripheral vision in my side view mirror, what looked like a baseball bat swinging at my head.
2) I heard a very loud bang of that bat hitting the side of my car.
3) I screamed very, very loudly. And, even more regrettably, in a very high pitch.
4) In a moment, my mind put together a pretty interesting tale whose headline reads like this: Man assaulted in Garage with Baseball Bat from Assailants who Waited for Garage to Open for his Morning Commute.
Furthermore, from this experience I learned four important things about myself:
1) When life and safety are on the line, I am pretty big chicken.
2) My heart is in pretty good condition
3) If I were to die in a very scary accident, I would not wet my pants and
4) When I have convinced myself that I am surprised attacked in the garage at 7:30am with an inescapable blow to the head from a baseball bat I not only shake with fright for moments afterwards but actually scream like a girl.
True story, the end.
The Reenactment...
After
Tough to beat this level of cuteness.
When we asked Truman what he was doing in the background of that picture he said "cause I wanted to show you guys that I could do that." That is a tough argument to follow but infallible nonetheless.
Posting...
It seems as if we may be posting a little to fast. At this rate we will have a few thousand pictures posted each year. We will slow down a bit, but it sure is fun to Mo-Blog. It takes all of 20 seconds. We hope you enjoy it.

Baby Fears He's Next to Be Eaten!

Saw this picture here: Big Baby
and thought I had to share. That little scared baby looks a little bit like Hinkley.

Teeth brushing time
Lincoln would go the rest of his life without brushing his.
Jefferson walks around with a tooth brush in his mouth and cries when you take it away from him.

Its Raining
The boys have been a little under the weather and Lincoln sounds like a frog when he talks.
Here is a picture of the boys admiring the rain from our porch.
Also, we have learned to post blogs from our mobile phones (called moblogging) so hopefully that makes this site a little more consistent.
