Christmas Presents

Truman received 5 Footballs for Christmas. Here is he is showing off his favorite.

The Matron's Aprons

We had the great opportunity of seeing Brian's Gramere. She came out for Christmas from Colorado and we are so glad she made it. These Apron's are courtesy Jessica.

Merry Christmas Great Gramere!

The boys have talked about going to the game for the last several weeks. They were very excited. We got to meet some of the players afterwards and get high fives. On our way out of the stadium we were lucky enough to check off the number one thing on their list: Meeting Cosmo.

Truman in Heaven

At the beginning of the second half we walked down to the front row and got some pictures. Truman was mesmerized by the Cougs warming up. (That's Brandon Bradley, CB and Jordan Pendelton, OLB, among others, in the background).

If you have ever seen someone run to get warmed up they pump their knees really fast upwards but don't necessarily run fast. They shake their arms and loosen up a bit. On our way up the ramp to our seats Truman was running around, pumping his knees and shaking his arms and rolling his head around. We asked, "What are you doing?"

He said, "Warming up for the second half."

This kid has dreams.

Little Reagan Bagel just keeps getting more beautiful every day. Here she is by her favorite little pony.

Rattled Reagan

She is very easily startled and that's probably because she is so often relaxed. She is a great blessing to our life and such a wonderful baby.

Monkey Man

So Jefferson and the boys had a competition to see who can hang on the monkey bars for the longest. Jefferson wasn't only first place but hung on the bars for longer than the other two combined. It was something like 148 seconds vs. 40 seconds (Lincoln) and 50 seconds (Truman). There was an 8 year old girl there who did it for 112 seconds. It is safe to say he can hang on a bar for longer than anyone in our entire household. Way to go JJ!

Jefferson's Looks

Here is our adorable little boy. He is growing fast and pictures like this make him look like a teenager.

Little Reagan

She is so jolly. Good-natured. Always easy for a laugh. Her brothers and sister just love her to death. We can't get enough of this little ball of cream cheese.

Trumanism

1- Does Jesus Love us every day, or just Sundays?
2- I'm so good at coloring, I think I need to go to the hospital.
3- A good thing to spread is the gospel, a bad thing to spread is germs.

Earth Angel Smiles

Here is another one of our little Angel. She even ate dinner in her wings and walked throughout the house saying over and over, "I'm an Angel, I'm an Angel."
After I put her PJs on for bed I said, "Come on my little Angel time for bed."
She said, "I not an Angel, I am Pajamas."

Since we had this picture thought we would share it. We had her dress up in it (instead of the pinkerpell) just to take pictures.

October: Birthdays and Conference

We enjoyed a lot of birthday fun and too many birthday treats over the first week of October with my 30th birthday, Lincoln's 7th birthday, and the girls up for Conference weekend. Dad was also here, which was lots of fun - for us at least!

Eyeballs - yum!

Inspired by "k is for kitchen" I tried out some eyeballs for our Halloween party with some friends. The insides were the oreo truffle mixture (crushed oreos and cream cheese) and the outside is almond bark melted (my first experience with this stuff, and I like it). They went fast at the party (not to mention at home when Brian discovered my spooky treat). Thanks Kath!

Reagal Bagel Penguin

Why do Penguins carry fish in their beaks?
Because they don't have any pockets.
Here was (and is) our star of the show. She is such a wonderful baby and I don't remember any of my children being this easy to take care of. She loved her little outfit as well although the beak kept getting in her line of sight. She scooted around for most of the evenings and had a ball of a time. She also had her first piece of doughnut and just couldn't get enough of it.

PinkerPell

Our beautiful little girl was Tinkerbell (or as she says, PinkerPell). She was a riot getting in and out of the red wagon and running to the doors with her candy bag in hand. "Wait for me, Wait for me..." And 2 seconds after they have rung the door bell, "De Not Home Mommy, De not Home"?
We don't have a great picture of Jefferson for Halloween but you can see him in his Dragon Costume crossing the street behind her in this photo.

Kyle Orton

Truman got to be his favorite thing for Halloween. Fulfilling his dream as the Denver Bronco's Quarterback. (Thanks to Grandma and Grandpa for the B-Day present a couple years ago!)

Halloween

We had a great Halloween. Lincoln dressed up as 4 different folks on four different trick or treating outings. Truman was a Broncos football player. Jeffeson was a dragon and McKinley was Tinkerbell. Reagan was a Penguin. Some pictures to follow here soon.
