Changes

Brian,

Could you please change the blog one more time in the next few days. I don't think it is just perfect yet.

Love,
Maegan

Our Comedian

Jefferson is our little
comedian. He is always looking to do something crazy and get a laugh out
of you. Be careful not to laugh to hard at him since once he has an
audience there is no letting back. You will be required to watch him for
a very long time.Whenever he finds a silly hat to wear he always has an
accompanying face to make with it. Sunglasses or anything else that
illicits a response he is very keen to. Hiding in the most random of
places at the most random of times is common place.

Making Her Laugh

There are a bunch of things
that get McKinley to Laugh and her Brother's acting like lunatics is one
of them. Here is the baby laughing away, and here are the boys doing
some tricks to get a response.

Wow. Read the entire article, even down to the bottom of the page.

McKinley on the Move!

Voici notre petite princesse. Elle est très belle et Brian et
je, avec les garçons, ne peux pas juste sembler la serrer assez serré.
Étourdissant!

She is now semi-mobile and can crawl. She can crank out about
about 1/8 miles per hour but it is definitely in an intentional forward
movement.

Trumania

Truman plays on Lincoln's soccer team (so against kids 1.5 to
2 years older than him) and, frankly, dominates. There are six boys on the team
and Truman is easily the most aggressive of the bunch. Our soccer team is the
best in the league and Truman plays a pretty mean game of soccer (literally) and
is probably the 2nd or 3rd best on the team in terms of goals scored and game
awareness (behind Lincoln). If the other team is pushing and shoving (which
happens a lot in these games) Truman is the first one of our team to start
fighting back a bit. One time an "over-excitable" kid on the other team was
pulling jersey's and shorts because he thought it was funny; about 3/4 through
the game Truman had enough and straight out tackled the kid. Brian did not cheer
out loud when he tackled him. That's the time in life you say "Truman, don't
tackle" and then as he is walking off the field give him a real big high five.
We beat them by at least 5 goals in a 16 minute game. He is obsessed with
anything that resembles a sport (ie includes a ball). He made his first basket
on a regulation size hoop a few weeks ago at age 3 and 10 months; a feat his
older brother is yet to do. He is now 3 for about 849.

Lincoln's Monologue

Lincoln is our biggest and you sure can tell. He is in
pre-school and always comes home a little bit smarter. A few days ago he told
Aunt Katie that he knew she would see her dog again because of the resurrection.
He always has a bright idea and is a much better leader than follower. He is
very proud of his Choose the Right ring and loves to "play with his brothers and
be nice."

Lincoln, what else would you like us to say about these
pictures?

"I made a mask from school and it is really scary. And I like my family. Mmm. I
like my friends. Sometimes I am a little crazy and sometimes I am not a little
crazy and I calm down. I like ruff ruff man (TV Show). Once I dyed an Easter egg
at my house. And this is my face right by the Easter eggs. And this is when I
was at Gramere's house doing the Easter egg hunt. And this is the cool move for
my mouth when we took our shirts off and did karate moves. And, on the top
picture, I shoveled the snow on the drive-way. And I was outside and my dad took
a picture of me. And this is me right by the bookshelf and you can see some
books--its on -the top picture. Ruff-ruff man is a dog. And I love Jesus.
Because he is our savior. And that is all, okay?"

Okay.

"Bubby"

Here is a couple of pictures of our little "Bubby". He talks a
lot but most of it is incomprehensible--although it is getting better. I act as his
interpreter most of the time for visitors. He is so cute and little. He is so
sweet but he knows how to keep up with the big boys most of the day. His naps
are getting shorter. He sure gets a lot of compliments on his cuteness and we
sure keep track.

Muscle Mania

These boys even made their little sister drool. Jefferson is flexing all he has got. His mouth is killing me (click on the picture to see it better). Lincoln's guns are smoking big! Fun and Neckedness during FHE at the Duryea's.
